Personal Guarantee
In consideration of credit being extended by Northern Colorado Paper, Inc., 295 71st Avenue, Greeley, CO 80634, to the above named applicant for merchandise to be purchased whether applicant be an individual or individuals, a partnership, a corporation, a limited liability company, or other legal entity, the undersigned guarantor or guarantors, separately and/or jointly agree to be held personally liable for payment of debts incurred by the company or entity to which credit or extended arrangements have been granted by Northern Colorado Paper, Inc. The undersigned guarantor or guarantors each hereby expressly waive all notice of acceptance of this guarantee, notice of extension of credit to applicant, presentment, and demand for payment on applicant, protest and notice to undersigned guarantor or guarantors of dishonor or default by applicant or with respect to security held by Northern Colorado Paper. Inc. extension of time of payment to applicant, acceptance of partial payment or partial compromise, all other notices to which the undersigned guarantor or guarantors might otherwise be entitled and demand for payment under this guarantee. Any revocation of this guarantee shall be in writing and delivered to Northern Colorado Paper. lnc. In the event payment is not made as agreed and this account is referred to a collection agency or attorney, we agree to pay all costs of collection and/or reasonable attorney fees associated with legal action.
